- After going to helloahead.com, go to “Log in” at the top right corner of the page and login with your Ahead account information:
- Once you are logged in, click on the “Billing” button on the left menu side; which brings up the Payment Method and Insurance Info section. Click the “Edit” button that is aligned with the Payment Method section...
- From there, you will now be able to enter your new credit card information. Once you are finished, click on the “Save” button.
- Your payment method information has now been updated!
If you cannot update your payment information or cannot access your account options, you can contact our support team at (855) 306-7786, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your phone number and the best time to call you back. Please do not leave or send sensitive information like your credit card number in a voicemail or email.
You will need:
- Credit Card Information.
- Email Address.
NOTE: We only accept debit and credit card payments, including HSA or FSA accounts linked to a card. When you sign up, you will provide your card number, which we will store for any future visits or prescriptions. We do not accept cash or check payments.
